Currently Lisbon, Caldas da Rainha, and surrounding regions, with Leiria coming online shortly. We onboard premium properties elsewhere in Portugal case-by-case.

Yes. We ensure every property is correctly registered as AL and remains compliant with local council requirements, including municipal taxation and guest registration with SEF.

Identity verification on every booking, guest screening, written house rules, mandatory security deposit, post check-out photo inspection, and a documented damage-reporting protocol.

It's your home. Owner blocks are honoured without question. We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can manage existing bookings respectfully.
